If anything will be unclear our representatives will reach out to you through the email you have provided in the form with further instructions. We will plan the monthly scope of work together - you will find out whether you need us only for a month or for a longer period. After we receive payment we will start working on your project immediately.
In order to ensure the most accurate time estimate, we prefer as detailed a brief as possible. The most common way how the clients provide initial materials is a link to a Google doc, a Word document, wireframes/sketches, Loom video. Our clients are given access to a Trello board where you can track the design progress. Trello board is divided into four groups:
Backlog: A backlog of tasks that need to be done including revisions. Active Requests: Tasks that are being currently worked on. Waiting for client approval: These are tasks that are waiting for your review and approval. Approved: A task is placed here once it is approved by the client.
You will have access to a Trello board where all tasks, revisions, and communication are kept. You can also talk through the changes, comments, or ideas with a short Loom video.
Yes, currently we are offering Webflow. This website builder goes beyond templates to give you complete control over the layout and look and feel of your site. You can essentially build your page however you’d like. All changes can be published within a few seconds. Feel free to contact us and we will provide you with the price quote.
We are doing our best to fulfill all the needs of our clients, however, our primary expertise is in the design of websites, apps, and Webflow development. We currently do not support any of these: Motion graphics/GIFs, Powerpoint presentations, InDesign documents, marketing materials, and 3D illustrations.
We use Sketch, Zeplin, and Webflow, and if requested Figma is also an option.
We provide the first drafts to the client within a few business days after the start. We are doing our best to deliver every design in the shortest time possible.
Once contract is in place a refund is only acceptable at the very beginning before we start working on the project.
